The client’s goal was to integrate a newly acquired belt dryer with an already constructed flue gas condenser and the boiler’s heat supply system.
Project Scope and Novel Engineering OÜ’s Role in the Project:
Since one of the founders of Novel Engineering OÜ, Taavi Toomla, had previously developed the existing system, the client specifically approached Novel Engineering OÜ. The complexity of the project lay in developing a technical solution that would allow the belt dryer’s low-temperature return flow to be integrated with the pre-built flue gas condenser. Our role in the project was to develop the technical solution, carry out the design, install the technical solution, and commission it. As a result of the project, a 4 MW heat exchanger station was established.
